Originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador, David Carrion-Levy has been a top-producing real estate broker in Miami for over seven years, with over 10 years of real estate experience between South Florida and New York. David grew up around real estate as his family is in the business of building and developing properties throughout three countries. Additionally, before he was a broker, David was an acquisitions and senior analyst expert, giving him the professional experience and ability to supply a correct strategy to acquire assets that can solidify a diverse portfolio and create profits. His specialization is in finding properties and being able to negotiate and position both assets and client in the most favorable scenario.

David works to find the most solid investments for both residential and commercial clients throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. His partnership with the Ben Moss Compass team in Broward County gives him the opportunity to expand the Broward luxury market while also continuing to assist his high-net worth Miami clientele in finding their desired luxury homes. On the commercial side, David uses his expertise in the market to consult his clients on securing the best off-market properties and bank leverage for their high-end investments.

David believes that Miami is one of the most important cities for high-net worth individuals in the world with such prominent areas as the Design District, Miami Beach and Brickell, in high-demand and only growing. He has seen the landscape of Miami change between 2008 and the present now that there are large investments coming into the area to make Miami a financial world hub.

As an active member of his community, David is also a volunteer for organizations such as Camillus House and the Foster Care Review Board. He is an alumnus of the Florida International University Business School, and he has a Masters Degree in Strategic Design from Parsons in New York. David is an avid traveler, and has visited 64 countries in his lifetime. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
